Steve Hutchison is the visionary founder of Global Impact Outreach (GIO) dedicated to ending poverty in impoverished areas of Africa. His journey toward making a meaningful impact on the lives of those less fortunate has been shaped by a deep-rooted passion for helping others.
From a young age, Steve’s heart was filled with a burning desire to make the world a better place. He understood the importance of education, opportunity, and access to basic necessities, and this drove him to pursue a life dedicated to philanthropy and service. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, showcasing his commitment to learning and his analytical mindset. His educational background, combined with his experience in real estate, has equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the complex challenges associated with poverty alleviation.
Local to Global Vision
Steve’s journey in the realm of philanthropy began with managing various charitable projects in the United States. Through these experiences, he honed his ability to plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives aimed at making a tangible difference in people’s lives. His dedication and results-oriented approach did not go unnoticed. Recognizing the dire need for intervention in impoverished areas of Africa, Steve decided to channel his expertise and passion towards addressing the challenges faced by communities on the African continent. Driven by this vision, Steve founded GIO, which has since become a beacon of hope for those living in poverty-stricken regions of Africa. Steve's Personal Passions
Beyond his professional endeavors, Steve cherishes family time with his greatest passion of all, his two children. He enjoys flying RC airplanes and playing dodgeball with them at the trampoline park, creating memorable moments of laughter and joy. In his spare time, Steve indulges in his hobbies, which include hiking and an insatiable appetite for knowledge through audiobooks. His passion for history is evident, with a particular fascination for historical movements such as the American Revolution, the Enlightenment, the Reformation, and the history of China.
